DIMAPUR, JULY 30 (MExN): The Naga People’s Front (NPF), on the recommendation of its Disciplinary Action Committee (DAC), has dissolved 10 of its Assembly Constituency units and suspended 4 other units “for supporting dissident MLAs and involving in anti-party activities.”
A press note from the NPF Working President, Apong Pongener informed that as authorised by Dr Shurhozelie Liezietsu, NPF President, the following AC units have been dissolved with immediate effect: 16 Pfutsero AC, Phek Division; 33 Suruhuto AC, Zunheboto Division; 34 Aghunato AC, Zunheboto Division; 37 Tiyi AC, Wokha Division; 42 Wakching AC, Mon Division; 47 Aboi AC, Mon Division; 48 Moka AC, Mon Division; 55 Tobu AC, Mon Division; 54 Tuensang Sadar II AC, Tuensang Division; and 60 Kiphire Pungro AC, Kiphire Division.
The list of suspended units are 31 Akuluto AC, Zunheboto Division; 32 Atoizu AC, Zunheboto Division; 53 Tuensang Sadar I AC, Tuensang Division; and 57 Thonokyu AC, Tuensang Division.
