Kiphire, January 16 (MExN): The NPF Kiphire Division has voiced out on the imbalance on implementation of Grant-In-Aid of Rs 96 crore which is stated to be meant for the entire 74 RD Blocks in the state.
While endorsing the Leader of Opposition TR Zeliang for his concern upon its non release, NPF Kiphire division in a press release stated that the NDPP led Government were instead “trying to cover up from some mouthpiece of their so called spokesperson at the cost of innocent rural.”
It is a mockery of being the people's representative, the release further stated, adding that the inability to release the GIA in time is nothing but a “shared perception theory to swindle the rural populace’s due share” when the finance department had released the amount in the month of March 2018 after PDA took over the Government. NPF further adjured the present government to stick to their slogan 'change is coming.'
