A section of the gathering attending NPF one day political awareness programme in Manipur.
Senapati, October 17 (MExN): Naga People’s Front (NPF) 47-Karong A/C Senapati, Manipur organized one-day political awareness programme at Purul Rasha hall on October 16.
According to a press release received here, Manipur MLA and chairman of Hill Areas committee (HAC) K Leishiyo in his address highlighted the benefit and importance Hill Areas Committee bill 2021. He stressed the need of HAC bill to put up in the state assembly for the benefit of hill people in Manipur state. He informed the gathering that the HAC bill is within the provision of constitution and never unconstitutional.
General Secretary NPF central and assistant In-charge NPF Manipur, Neiko Lhousa in his address stated that one should not forget to win somebody’s heart by faith and not arms or force. He emphasised the need of peaceful conducted of election and to win it in good faith.
NPF Working President, Manipur Robert T Maram shared the need of promoting peace in Manipur state through this NPF party. The working president challenged to strengthen the party in the state.
NPF Women Wing Manipur President, K Henya Lirina, Ex-MLA & advisor Manipur Dr V Alexander Pao, Ex-chairman ADC and leader NPF Senapati ML. Markson and President NPF Senapati division Th Soni Matthew stressed the need to strengthen the party with the election in Manipur nearing.
The programme was attended by NPF Senapati executive, All ADC members NPF Senapati, president and secretary 48-Mao A/C and 49-Tadubi A/C, Karong Kendra village authority, youth president and secretary, women president and secretary, social workers/public leaders and well wishers.
