Dimapur, September 12 (MExN): A joint meeting of NPF Minority Wing was held under the chairmanship of Dr Amos Longkumer, Vice-President, NPF Central and In-charge Minority Wing Central in presence of Bishnu Bhathacharjee, President Minority Wing Central and Shahid A Barbhuiya, President, Dimapur District Minority Wing and other members at Dimapur NPF Division office on September 11.
The party stated in a press release that during the meeting, Dr Amos directed the head of minority wing to enroll all the office bearers and members for both active and primary membership for the tenure of 2020-24 immediately, as per the guidelines issued by president central HQs. He also informed that inactive members without proper ID card will not remain as assigned office bearers of NPF minority wing for the mentioned term as per party guidelines.
The house also unanimously elected Mukibur Rahman as Convenor for Fresh Enrollment of Active and Primary Membership for the tenure of 2020-24 under NPF Minority Wing.
Shahid A Barbhuiya, President, NPF Minority Wing, Dimapur Division submitted the activity report of social work in village level done by the Minority Wing members during pandemic and lockdown in Dimapur District. Bishnu Bhattacharjee, President Minority Wing Central appealed all the members of Minority Wing to contribute in developmental activities in Nagaland.
