Peren, May 10 (MExN): The Naga People’s Front (NPF) Peren Division and all Central Office Bearers (COB) including of all frontal wings & Cells representatives from Peren Division have resolved to merge en masse with the Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party (NDDP), informed a press release.
The resolution was made at a emergency consultative meeting held in Jalukie on May 10, stated the release issued by the Division President Jenggai Pamei and General Secretary (Adm), Kacham.
The move was made to follow the leadership of TR Zeliang, Chairman United Democratic Alliance of Nagaland and in support and to strengthen the leadership of Chief Minister, Neiphiu Rio and NDPP President Chingwang Konyak, it added.
With the resolution, the house further resolved to dissolve the house of NPF Peren Division Office and resign en masse from the both the primary and active membership of the NPF with “immediate effect,” it added.
