NPF responds to Khekiye K. Sema

1.     Attention has been draw to opinions expressed by Mr. Khekiye K. Sema, a retired IAS officer, published in sections of the local media and also at public forums. The writer appear to be well read, articulate and possess a good command over English but his writings which had been appearing in local news dailies portray a man disillusioned with his lot.
2.     He has accused all the Naga frontal organization of lacking in scruples, complacent with their lot, a bunch of retards with questionable attitudes. God save us from such self righteous, egocentric, megalomaniac. He should come out with all documentary evidences about his allegations made dated Nagaland Page 10th February 2014  about NPF having purchased its way to power with tacit blessing of the NSCN (IM).
3.    He is also flagrantly trying to incite his community to rise against the Chief Minister. He has arrogated upon himself the role of Advocate, Judge and the Hangman.
4.     His interpretation of the response of the State Government to the Mukalimi incident and calling the Chief Minister to restore the honour of the Sumi tribe is confusing and is obfuscated by his delusion of self importance as the self styled chosen spokesman of the Nagas. His recent outburst against the Chief Minister in the General Public Meeting Chumukidima Area on 13th February 2014 and calling the Chief Minister to condole or apologize to the Sumi community as reported in Nagaland Post (front page) dated 14th February 2014 makes the public wonder about the sanity of this person. Was the Chief Minister personally responsible for the all events leading to the molestation and unfortunate loss of lives at Mukalimi?
5.     The public has a right to know about the actual response of the State Government vis-a-vis the Mukalimi incident and already press communiqués describing the steps and measures taken up by the State Government has been issued and published in the media. It has exposed the fact that the writer is unaware of what is happening and simply firing allegations without knowing the actual facts. It goes without saying that such an attitude and conduct is definitely not appropriate for our society, especially coming from someone who is a retired IAS officer. In this backdrop, it is pertinent to observe that either he is completely misinformed and unaware or there is political motivation behind the expression of his opinions. It will be in the fitness of things of Mr. Khekiye tempers his writings with facts and should not mislead the public with his own convoluted interpretation of things.
