It appreciated Government of Nagaland’s effort under the leadership of Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio for prioritizing “our people’s most pressing needs and understanding our sufferings.”

“We are grateful for his (Rio) unwavering commitment to Nagaland’s development and prosperity, especially uplifting the less privileged,” stated NPP 17th Chizami A/C president Tho-o Domeh and general secretary Vihoto Wozah.

It also thanked K.G Kenye, Minister of Power and Parliamentary Affairs for his personal intervention in  securing approval and sanctioning of the Pfutsero-Chillo road.

Also thanking Minister PWD (R&B) Kaito Aye for his steadfast support, the Department of PWD (R&B) Nagaland and the Ministry of Rural Development, Govt. of India, the NPP 17th Chizami A/C appreciated various individuals, groups, and organizations for their invaluable support in getting this project approved and sanctioned.

“Upon completion, this road will significantly improve interstate connectivity, stimulate local economic growth, and enhance health, education, and tourism, ultimately elevating the wellbeing of our constituency and the state, the NPP 17th Chizami A/C stated.

Additionally, Razeba’s esteemed Agri and Allied sector will experience substantial growth, and prominent tourist attractions like Majestic Kapamodzü will prosper, it stated.

“Given that the PMGSY road project does not entail land or property damage compensation, we respectfully request landowners and the public to refrain from submitting claims and objections that could impede project progress. We encourage the land owners and residents of Razeba area to provide their wholehearted support and cooperation, enabling our shared vision to become a reality,” it stated adding “We anticipate your active participation in contributing land and materials towards constructing a durable road that will serve future generations.”

While assuring fullest support and cooperation, the NPP 17th Chizami AC urged the implementing agency to ensure timely commencement, completion, and delivery of a top-notch road.

“Simultaneously, we expect unwavering commitment to quality and transparency. We will not tolerate any compromises that may jeopardize the project’s quality or hinder its progress,” it added.
