NPP, MLA Kipili Sangtam and others condole demise of Tsasemong Sangtam

 DIMAPUR, SEPTEMBER 22 (MExN): Condolences has poured in over the sudden demise of S Tsasemong Sangtam, president of National People’s Party (NPP) Kiphire Division on September 22. 

National People’s Party (NPP) national general secretary, I/C frontal organization, Dr Andrew Ahoto Sema and the party’s MLA from 59 Seyochung Sitimi A/C, Kiphire district C Kipili Sangtam have condoled the untimely demise of its Kiphire district president, late S Tsasemong who breathed his last on September 22 at Faith Hospital, Dimapur.

Terming late Tsasemong as a God fearing and upright person, Dr Andrew Ahoto Sema in his condolence message stated that his loss has not only left a deep void in his family, but has also unfortunately taken away a righteous leader from our society in general and from NPP Nagaland in particular. He stated that till his final breath late Tsasemong served his people and the NPP truthfully and diligently and proved himself to be one of the best serving and most active District Presidents of the party. 

Meanwhile, C Kipili Sangtam has expressed deep shock and sadness on the demise of late S Tsasemong and termed him as a renowned and highly regarded leader of Kiphire district. According to him, with the demise of late S Tsasemong, the party has lost a great leader with dynamic personality and that his ideology of inclusive development will always be remembered.

Both Dr. Andrew Ahoto Sema and C Kipili Sangtam prayed for the departed soul and offered their deepest condolences to the family members of the deceased.

NPP president Nyamnyei Konyak along with the ranks and files of the NPP of Nagaland termed the sudden demise of late Tasaemong Sangtam as an irreplaceable loss for the party in general and Kiphire district in particular. 

NSCN (Reformation) United Sangtam Region said late Tsasemong was a vibrant and dynamic leader, who earned the love and admiration of the people through his straight forward nature, honesty and simplicity. 

Longya Ward Youth Organization said late Tsasemong leaves behind a legacy that will be remembered for generations to come. It said his passion, dedication and leadership were unparalleled, and his work will continue to be celebrated and recognized for years to come. 

Changchor Village Students’ Union and Changchor Union Kiphire Town in separate condolence messages said late Tsasemong was a visionary leader, social activist and mentor who sacrificed and contributed enormously in various fields.
