Dimapur, February 25 (MExN): The Dimapur District unit of the Nationalist Progressive Youth Front (NPYF) has expressed appreciation to the Public Works Department Road & Bridges, Nagaland for the timely repair of the Kughovi Bridge.
In a statement, NPYF Dimapur District president Zato Sumi and his colleagues placed on record their sincere gratitude for the department’s prompt and effective action following an appeal submitted by the organization. The swift intervention and completion of repair works have provided much-needed relief to commuters and nearby residents, ensuring safer and smoother connectivity in the area.
The youth body said the proactive response reflects the professionalism, dedication and sincerity of the engineers and officials of the department. It commended the concerned officers and technical staff for their commitment to public welfare and infrastructure safety.
It stated that such responsive governance strengthens public trust and sets a benchmark for timely redressal of civic concerns. The organisation further expressed hope that the same spirit of efficiency and accountability would continue in addressing other infrastructure-related issues across the district and the state.
