DIMAPUR, March 13 (MExN): The Nagaland Rifle Association (NRA) has invited interested shooters for training in 10 metre, 25 metre and 50 metre events starting March 16. According to a press release, the training will be held every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Aries Sports Complex Shooting Ranges, Bamunpukhuri-1, Dimapur. Shooters from the 2nd Japukong Youth Organization Shooting Competition 2017 and the 2nd Aonokpu Rifle and Pistol Shooting Championships 2017 have been invited for free training. The training will be followed by the 8th Aries Rifle and Pistol Shooting Championship 2017 which will be held from May 25 to 28 and the 3rd Nagaland Rifle and Pistol Shooting Championship 2017 which is scheduled for June 7 to 10. Selected shooters will represent the state at the 5th North East Zone Shooting Championships 2017 which will be held at Shillong, Meghalaya tentatively in July 2017, the release added.
