DIMAPUR, AUGUST 18 (MExN): The Nagaland Rifle Association (NRA) has informed that 17 shooters have been selected to represent Nagaland in the 10th North East Zone Shooting Championship 2023, in small bore rifle & pistol events to be held at ARC, Shillong, Meghalaya from August 20 to 27. A press release from the NRA informed that the selected shooters are Christine Imlikokla Longchari, Leah Imchen, Kilenkala T Longkumer, Yimyakumla, Lanu Rongsenkaba Jamir, Lanu Akumtoshi Jamir, M Tiatemjen Jamir, Kimatsung Jamir, Neizo Belho, Lipokmeren, Wapangnungla Longkumer, Merentsungba, Sentilong Longkumer, Imtsunger, Imnasangla, Imnanungsang Tzudir and Kintoshi Jamir. The shooters are permitted to carry their weapons and pellets with valid arms License from Kohima,/Dimapur/Mokokchung to Shillong, Meghalaya and back by Air, Train and Road, the NRA stated. The team will be led by Chizou Sorhienuo as team manager, M Tiatemjen Jamir as assistant team manager, and Kimatsung Jamir as team coach.
