Wokha, May 18 (MExN): The Nagaland State Co-Operative Bank Ltd Wokha Branch supported under FIF managed by NABARD had organised FLCC Camp at Longsachung Village on April 30.
The camp commenced with an invocation prayer by Ramongo Ezung, Pastor Longsachung Baptist Church followed by welcome address from Rhontsuthung Ezung VDB Secretary.
Presenting the keynote address Masheto Nandu, Branch Manager NSCB Ltd Wokha Branch acknowledged the participants and streamlined on the importance of banking and assured that the Nagaland State Co-Operative Bank Ltd is dedicated to reach every Villages to the grass root level to educate the importance and benefit of banking. He also highlighted on the role played by banks in the socio economic upliftment and development of the rural masses. Commenting the positive and active participations from members in the interaction session, he called upon every members who have not yet opened account in the bank to come forward and open account in NSCB Ltd Wokha Branch and become a value customer of the bank.
He also insisted that NSCB Ltd is their/our bank and the bank maintains customer friendly services at all times. He also pointed out the certain facilities and credit linkage provided by NSCB Ltd and to avail those products offered by the Bank. He emphasised on timely recovery of loans who have availed before and to continue to avail the facilities and services provided by the Bank and work hand in hand with the rural masses.
Vanthungo Lotha DPC MIS NSRLM Wokha, W. Khopenthung Jami Accountant, NSCB Ltd Wokha Branch also spoke on the role played by the banks as mentor in their livelihood.
