DIMAPUR, JULY 3 (MExN): Responding to the ultimatum served by the Khiamniungan Union Tuensang Town, ‘Captain’ L Sipong Chang, Commander of the Tuensang Town Command, NSCN (I-M) today said that on receipt of the union’s earlier representation dated June 22, “I have immediately clarified that none of the cadre from Tuensang Town Command is involved in the killing of Late T Sangtsoi Khiamniungan.”
“Despite having cleared so, my command has been alleged again, which is self explanatory.”
The ‘Captain’ has demanded that the union produce the person responsible for the killing and that the person(s) who has/have recognized the killer “should be clearly spelled out in order to avoid further contradiction.”
