DIMAPUR, AUGUST 24 (MExN): The NSCN (I-M) today warned owners and officers in charge of government vehicles from transporting liquor, saying that such vehicles are let off without being frisked at check points. Secondly, meat and fish sellers have been suggested to “install and use electronic weighing balance or table stand balance,” the organization’s “CAO” of ‘Union Territory -1,’ G Tokishe Swu, said in a circular. A warning to penalize “anyone found cheating while using hand balance” was given. A caution to owners and students up to higher secondary level was sounded, carrying the message that they would be “punished accordingly” if such children are found to be ‘misusing’ cafes.
