DIMAPUR, OCTOBER 21 (MExN): The Chakhesang Region of the NSCN (IM) held a regional meeting on October 19, where members unanimously resolved to reaffirm their dedication to the Naga cause and support to the Framework Agreement.
During the meeting, a formal declaration was issued by the leadership, reinforcing their commitment to the region’s collective objectives and the broader goals of the Naga people.
The declaration pledged to “uphold and stand by the party's principles and the Naga Unique History, honoring our past and preserving our heritage for future generations.”
“We express our absolute support for the Framework Agreement, to secure justice and peace for the Naga people. We reaffirm our deep commitment to the cause of a Sovereign Naga Nation and vow to give our very best to achieve this cherished goal. With courage and unity, we stand ready to serve and sacrifice for our Naga Nation,” it added.
