Hebron, February 3 (MExN): The NSCN (IM) today stated it was grieved and saddened by the demise of Deputy Kilonser Dichungbe Nriame, Caretaker CAO of Asalu (Zeliangrong) region, who was “assassinated” by unknown assailant(s) on February 2 at his residence in Jalukie Town.
A condolence message from DG Robert, Cabinet Secretary, NSCN (IM) informed that Late Dichungbe Nriame of Tungjie village, NC Hills, Assam joined the national service on February 25, 1997.
“He had served the Naga nation in various capacities till his demise with utmost sincerity and dedication. The Naga nation will always cherish the sacrificial service he had rendered for a common cause,” the message read. The NSCN (IM) expressed its heartfelt condolence to the bereaved family members and prayed that the departed soul rest in peace.
