Dimapur, May 9 (MExN): The NSCN (IM) has expressed shock over the demise of Brig (Retd) K Daiguang, one of its Steering Executive Member, after a after prolong illness on May 6. A condolence message from the MIP, NSCN (IM) informed that late Daiguang belonged to Lakhipur Naga village, Cachar, Assam, under Zailad Region and he joined the national service in 1957.
With strong conviction of the principle of Naga national movement, he has given many decades of his life and the footprints he has left will bear everlasting witness for posterity, it said. “He lived his life as a true patriot.” The NSCN (IM) also conveyed its condolences to the bereaved family members and prayed that Almighty God will comfort them with the strength to bear the loss. May the soul of late Diaguang rest in peace, it added.
