Dimapur, January 7 (MExN): The NSCN (IM) has mourned the untimely demise of three members during January 2023 due to illness.
Kaisii Pfokrehrii, Razou Peyu from Chowainamai Khullen village under Shepoumaramth Region and M Zao, Khapur from Phaibung Khullen village under Shepoumaramth Region passed away on January 1 and 2 respectively. Chingmei Phom, Joint Secretary, GPRN from Phom Region passed away on January 6. He joined the national service on February 7, 2005.
“The Naga nation highly valued the service rendered by the three who died after giving their best as per their capacity and ability. Their contributions for the cause of the Naga nation shall be cherished at all the time to come and their names shall be recorded in the pages of the Naga history,” the it stated.
NSCN (IM) also expressed deep condolences to the bereaved family members. “It is our prayers that the Almighty God gives them the solace and strength to bear the pain and loss,” it added.
