Dimapur, June 13 (MExN): The NSCN (IM) has grieved by the untimely demise of Lance Corporal S Rapri Dziinamai of the Southern Command, Naga Army on June 12. He was from Phaibung Khullen village under Shepoumaramth region (Spmth).
NSCN (IM) in a press note said that Dziinamai enrolled in the Naga national service on September 27, 2017. He served the Naga nation with unwavering patriotism until his demise. ‘The void created by his demise at such young age is deeply felt and would be difficult to fill in. For his selfless contributions to the Naga national cause, his name shall be recorded in the pages of the Naga history and he shall be remembered for all time to come,’ it said.
It added that ‘the Longvibu of the Naga Army has posthumously bestowed upon him the rank of Corporal in recognition of his service to the Naga nation.’ It also conveyed condolences to the bereaved family members.
