DIMAPUR, AUGUST 13 (MExN): The NSCN (IM) has expressed sadness over the demise of nine of its members on different dates in the recent. In a condolence message, the NSCN (IM) said the departed souls have given their best services for the Naga nation till their last breath. Their commitments and sacrifices for the cause of Nagalim will be remembered for all time to come, and their names will be recorded in the book of Naga history, it stated.
The departed members include Chingmei Phom, Leacy of UT; Aketo Ayemi, Leacy of UT; Khanngam Horam, Dy Kilonser of WTR; N. Simon, Leacy of Shepoumaramth Region; Toshimongba, Razou Peyu of Ao Region; Mayonmi Vashum, Dy. Kilonser, WTR; Captain Allen Sekho, bearing Army No.CD-13165, Jadonang Brigade, Naga Army, under ZLR-Z Region; Captain Zingshongam P. Hurray, bearing Army No.YZ-36064, GHQ, Naga Army, under Wung Tangkhul region and Captain Reisangmi, bearing Army No.0P-24016, Northern Command, Naga Army under Wung Tangkhul region. Mourning their passing, the NSCN (IM) has expressed heartfelt condolences to all the bereaved families with prayer that God will grant them the strength to bear the loss and comfort them at this hour of grief.
