NSCN (K) Chaplee Ministry Clarifies

The Ministry of Chaplee (finance) affairs hereby issue this statement to clarify the confusion/complication arising out of the statement issued by former Lt. Col. Isak Sumi on 24rd May 2013 using the name of Chaplee ministry in regard to his expulsion Azha from the NSCN. It is to be noted here that former Lt. Col Isak is not a member of chaplee ministry hence; he cannot used the name of the Chaplee ministry at all.  The Ministry of Chaplee affairs have no knowledge of the so-called nullification and challenging the authority of NSCN Presidents’ expulsion Azha issued in the name of Chaplee ministry by former Lt. Col. Isak nor the MIP knows anything about the same. The reasons for his expulsion from the active membership of NSCN is clearly stated in the expulsion Azha issued from the President’s office hence, nobody can question the authority of His Excellency, the President’s directive.

Further, the Chaplee ministry hereby directed all those involved in illegal collection of taxes in the name of Chaplee ministry to submit the collected amount from various departments within 5 days time to Either Kilonser Zaremo Lotha or Chaplee Secy. Sangso Mongzar Naga. Failing to comply with this directive within the stipulated time shall invite serious action as per the NSCN Azha. Henceforth, all those self style collectors are sternly cautioned and directed to stop all kinds of collections without the knowledge of the Kilonser and Secy. Chaplee affairs and all departments, contractors, business establishments and well wishers are also requested not to entertain any kind of monetary transactions in the name of NSCN/GPRN with effect from the publication of this Azha.

In the interests of all concerned, Chaplee ministry hereby informs that as per the President’s Azha Pungro and Meluri sub-divisions are being allotted to Mobile V under the command of Col. Kurecho and this particular sub-divisions will be looked after by the said Mobile-V Naga army.
