DIMAPUR, FEBRUARY 6 (MExN): The NSCN-K (YA) has condoled the untimely demise of Lieut Col Winran, Deputy Secretary of GPRN, who passed away after a prolonged illness on February 5 at Myitkyina. In a condolence message, the MIP NSCN-K (YA) remembered Winran, who enrolled in the Naga army in 2012, as a man of principle who served the Naga nation with full courage and commitment to the best of his knowledge and ability till his last breath. In respect and honour to his selfless national service, NSCN –K (YA) president has posthumously promoted him to the rank of Colonel in the Naga army, the MIP message read.
