Dimapur, October 30 (MExN): The NSCN/GPRN on Saturday extended warm Chavang Kut festival greetings to the Kukis.
The festival, which is cel;berated on November 1 is a post-harvest festival to offer thanksgiving for a bountiful harvest. People of all ages, young or old are involved in numerous activities including traditional dances, songs and games, the NSCN/GPRN stated in its message.
“May this festival continue to bring people together and foster friendship and unity, and we also pray that God bless all with good health, peace and prosperity,” it added.
