Dimapur, June 21 (MExN): The NSCN/GPRN (Niki) Ministry of Kilo Affairs have “received reports of some individuals demanding money in the name of Kilo Affairs (Home Ministry) and its officials from business establishments in and around Dimapur and Chümoukedima.” In this regard, Hukuto V, Jt secretary, office I/C Ministry of Kilo Affairs NSCN/GPRN (Niki) stated in a press release that the Kilo affairs will ‘not tolerate such a deliberate attempt to tarnish the reputation of the ministry and that of the NSCN/GPRN and take stern action against those restoring to unauthorized collection.” It also stated that “the ministry nor its officials does not authorize or endorse anyone to seek/demand any form of financial assistance, donation or tax from any individual, group or business establishments.” Further, it informed all concerned “not to entertain anyone approaching them with financial related matters in the name of the Kilo Affairs.”
