Dimapur, April 14 (MExN): NSCN(K) Kilonser in-charge of Chaplee Affairs, Starson has informed all the business establishment, Head of Department, and contractors of the district concerned that the following officers have been assigned to deal all financial matters for the fiscal 2014-15: Tuensang and Kiphire districts – Moses, CCM; Phek district – N. Zacopuyi Chakhesang; Mon and Longleng – Col. Apang Konyak; Wokha – Maj. Nongothung Lotha. The Kilonser in a press release cautioned that any business establishments, contractors and heads of department dealing any matters relating to the financial affairs without the above assigned officers will be doing so at their own risk.
