NSCNs go for moral makeover

Dimapur, March 26 (MExN): The two factions of the NSCN are on a moral exercise with the NSCN-K deciding to undertake a “purging” of the outfit while the NSCN-IM reiterated its censure on alcohol. A note from NSCN-K Kilonser AZ Jami informed that the organization has decided to follow the “principle” of “milk will be milk and water will be water” and on this the outfit has commenced ‘purging’ the organization of all indisciplined and erring cadres to fulfill the slogan “Nagaland for Christ.” All regional authorities and military of the NSCN-K are directed not to recruit or accept drug users, alcoholics and “morally loose persons” into the organization. In a separate note the NSCN-IM reiterated its earlier ban on the sale of alcoholic drinks and intoxicants. Directing all individuals groups and societies who are proprietors of  hotels/restaurants that the ban is enforced in the “administrative unit” of UT-1, the note from ‘CAO’ G Tokishe Swu warned of stern action against defaulters.
