DIMAPUR, AUGUST 4 (MExN): The Naga Students Federation (NSF) has directed all its federating units and sub-ordinate bodies to hoist the Naga National Flag at their respective headquarters to mark the 73rd Naga Independence Day on August 14.
A press release from the NSF informed that this directive is in furtherance of the resolution adopted during the official meeting of the federation on July 30 wherein it was resolved to celebrate the 73rd Naga Independence Day on August 14 at Naga Solidarity Park, Kohima at 11:00am. The meeting also decided to issue a directive to all the federating units and sub-ordinate bodies of the federation to hoist the Naga National Flag in their respective offices on the above mentioned occasion.
“The federating units and sub-ordinate bodies are also hereby directed to make arrangement for pasting/hoisting of Naga National Flags in all strategic locations of the district or block head quarters on the aforementioned date,” the NSF informed. It added that compliance report accompanied by pictorial proof should be forwarded to the office of the NSF on or before August 25.
