The Naga Students' Federation (NSF) today observed a black day against the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) on December 11.
As per the directive issued by North East Students' Organisation (NESO), the NSF observed the black day against the forceful imposition of the CAA.
The Federation held a symbolic protest at its Oking by hoisting black flag and also in front of various government offices.
Despite the various exemptions made for the North eastern region in the Act, the NESO still feels that the CAA is anti-people and will strive towards ensuring that the Act is not implemented, according to NSF.
