DIMAPUR, AUGUST 24 (MExN): The Naga Students’ Federation (NSF) said it was perturbed by the report of miscreants posing as threat to the officials and workers of the 4-laning project along the NH 29.
A press note from the NSF said when the general public and travelers are facing untold hardship due to the pathetic road condition because of the work being under-taken and the slow progress of the ongoing 4-lane construction, such act of anti-social elements harassing and threatening the workers is totally unacceptable.
In this connection, the NSF appealed upon the law enforcing agencies to provide sufficient security for the smooth functioning and working environment of the 4-Lane project and initiate necessary action to investigate into the report of threat and execute befitting punishment to the defaulters.
