NSF requests private educational institutions to waive fees for ‘deserving’ students

Kohima, October 22 (MExN): The Naga Students’ Federation has reiterated its appeal to proprietors and managements of all private educational institutions to consider the difficulties being faced by the parents of students by “extending selective waiver of fees to those truly deserving of the same.”

In a press release on Thursday, it appealed proprietors and managements of private educational institutions to work out modalities where ‘non-essential components’ of the fees are waived off for all students “as the raging pandemic means that the students are not availing those services.”

It also expressed appreciation to some of the institutions for waiving fees and extending other humanitarian services to the students and teaching community.
