
Kohima, August 21 (MExN): The Naga Students’ Federation (NSF) today informed all the candidates who have been selected through NEET for various courses that physical verification of documents will be conducted at the NSF office in Kohima from August 22 to 23.
This verification process will be overseen by the NSF Education Committee.
According to NSF, candidates are required to appear in person, accompanied by their parents or guardians, and must bring the following original documents: recent passport-sized photograph, NEET Documents, HLSC &HSSLC Admit Cards, Scheduled Tribe certificate, and Indigenous Certificate.
NSF president Medovi Rhi and secretary education Temjentoshi stated that only candidates who are Nagas by Blood of Nagaland state are eligible for the seats allotted under the Nagaland state quota.
“The NSF has observed instances of non-indigenous candidates applying under the state quota, and this practice will not be tolerated,” NSF stated.
Candidates who fail to complete the verification process within the specified dates will be deemed ineligible, and appropriate actions will be taken against defaulters, NSF stated.
