NSF Trophy: F4C Academy and Sechü Zubza FC enter quarter finals

F4C Academy and Sechü Zubza FC today booked their quarter finals berth after registering win against their respective opponent in the pre-quarter final matches at the ongoing 24th NSF Martyrs’ Memorial Trophy 2024 under the aegis of Angami Students’ Union at Indira Gandhi Stadium, Kohima.

F4C Academy defeated Delai FC 5-3 via penalty shoot- out in the 3rd pre-quarter finals.

Both the team locked in 4-4 draw within the regulation time.

The 4th pre-quarter match between Sechü Zubza FC and Jakhama Youth Organisation on September 26.

Earlier, Thotong fetched a hattrick for F4C in the 30th, 38th and 41st minute while Ginggunhao added another goal for the team in the 52nd minute.

Thangboimqng netted two goals for Delai FC in the 11th   and 21st minute.

Haonunreng and Mangminlun contributed a goal each for the team in the 86th and 90+3 minute respectively.

Satlenchung of F4C was cautioned with yellow card.

Thotong of F4C Academy was declared as the Man of the Match and honoured by Rokophrezo Rocus Rino, treasurer Angami Youth Organisation.

Sechü Zubza FC defeated Jakhama Youth Organisation 6-1 in the 4th pre-quarter finals.

Donlad Dingdoh, Atlanson Kharmaw and Pursunep connected two goals each for Sechü Zubza FC.

A lone goal for Jakhama Youth Organisation came through Keduhoto Zao.

Atlanson Kharmaw of Sechü Zubza FC bagged the title of Man of the Match and honoured by Zhasakholie Kehie, speaker Angami Students’ Union.
