Imtimenla, Mission Director, NSRLM being felicitated during the concluding day of the training on May 20.

Dimapur, May 24 (MExN): The six-day Training of Master Trainers on Financial Literacy (TMTFL) at National Academy of RUDSETI (NAR), Bengaluru concluded on Saturday. Altogether, 30 members including bankers, RSETI faculty and NSRLM staff attended the programme at Sanctum Hotel from May 15 to 20, stated a press release issue by Rajuselie Lhousa, SPM-FI, NSRLM.
Speaking as the chief guest on the concluding day, Imtimenla, Joint Secretary RD and Mission Director, NSRLM assured that the three pillars of financial literacy (FL) intervention viz. RSETIs, Financial Literacy Centers (FLCs/LDMs) and SRLMs will jointly take the FL intervention forward with all sincerity, as per the directive of GoI/RBI/MoRD in making the SHG members literate on finance.
Subsequently, the TMTFL team will provide quality training to 296 selected financial literacy community resource persons (FLCRP)—who are SHG members, within the next few months.
The resource persons included faculty like RR Singh, National Controller for RSETI, B Sathya Narayan, N Ravindranath Kaushik, CMA/Cost Accountant, HM Basavaraju, YV Gundu Rao, PN Subramani, TP Jgadeesha Murthy, Seema Sali, Prof R Bala Subramanyam, T Gajendran, Project Director, MOGPOBC. The training coordinators were PN Subramani, Nodal Officer NAR and J Philip Prakash.
As part of exposure visit, the team visited Rural Development & Self Employment Training Institute (RUDSETI) at Arashinakunte under Nelamangala Taluk; KPJ Prabhu Artisan Training Institute (KPJP ATI), in Jogara Doddi, Bidahi Hobli under Ramanagara District and Manne GPLF, Hulidevavahalli GP.
NAR Officials who attended the programme were Murugeshan, National Director General, NDR, NACER, H Raghuraju, Director General and P Ravindra, Director.
