NStCB Ltd inaugurates PR Hill Branch new premise

Kohima: “We Nagas think we are very rich but economically we are very weak,” said chief guest Abao Kire, BOD, Nagaland State Co-operative Bank Ltd (NStCB) during the inauguration of the new premise of PR Hill Branch Kohima on March 3.

“The shifting of the branch was a necessity for improving customer service,” BK Thadanni, Special Officer, NStCB Ltd said who gave the keynote address and further added that the branch is now technically equipped to serve the customer and client’s needs. Rev Dr Vevo Phesao invoked prayer while P P Bose, Branch Manager, NStCB Ltd P R Hill Branch, gave the vote of thanks. Abao Kire further asserted that Nagas need to their lavish lifestyles with no savings which has become a way of life and start investing their money.

NStCB is the only State sponsored bank sponsored by the Government of Nagaland.  The P R Hill branch which was opened in 1987 is a model branch of the bank whose employee business is among the highest in branch business of the bank. During the financial year 2012-13, it earned a profit of Rs. 79.93 lacs.
