NStCB Ltd upgrades service at Kiphire

The Nagaland State Co-Operative Bank (NStCB) Ltd today inaugurated an ATM booth at its office premises at Kiphire with DC Kiphire Sedevekho Khro as chief guest who inaugurated the new booth.  

Speaking at the inaugural programme, the DC said the inauguration of ATM is an incentive for the people of Kiphire and asked the people to do banking with the NStCB, as the main focus of the bank is for the rural people and agricultural related activities.  

He also asked the gathering to avail loan but also to repay on time so that the institution gives best service to the people and for the growth of the economy. Sharing his observation, the DC lauded the NStCB staff of Kiphire for being the “best bank” in the welfare of the rural people and acknowledged the staffs of the Kiphire branch.  

He suggested the bank officials to make, loan or any facility available in the institution to be more people friendly for rural people to find it easy to do banking with it. 

Citing NStCB as “our own bank,” the DC also said, since the people serving in the NStCB are mostly local they know the local problem better which also makes the work easier.  

Bendangnungsang, General Manager, NStCB HQ Dimapur while welcoming the gathering disclosed that there are 21 NStCB bank operating in the state and added with the achievement of core banking (CBS) in the year 2015 the transaction is very easy and there is 101% error free and also can transfer to any metropolitan cities in the country.  

He also assured that the NStCB has also bought a slot at Noida where in case of disaster in system it can be recovered and asked the gathering not to have any doubt with the institution. He also said, in the years ahead micro ATM service will also be provided to the rural people which is in the pipeline for better service. 

He called upon the gathering to take care of the ATM as it is dedicated to the people of the district.
