Dimapur, September 24 (MExN): The Nagaland Taekwondo Association (NTA) is sending 24 member team for 29th National Sub Junior National Championships scheduled from September 29 to October 1 at Goa.
A press note issued by NTA General Secretary Lhouliebeio Khezhie, stated that the function was held before their departure at IG Stadium Kohima today. NTA Controller Pele Khezhie, addressing the function said that players should give their best while playing championships. He hoped that the players would win and bring laurel Nagaland.
Further, the NTA controller also congratulated the state Taekwondo players who had won medals at the various national levels championships and able to received the state’s sports award. NTA General Secretary Lhouliebeio Khezhie and NTA Caretaker Mezhuzolie Solo also attended the brief function. Meanwhile, the note also mentioned that the NTA also expressed sincere thanks and gratitude to Teisobou Sekhose Administrator IG stadium and DSO Kohima for his generous financial help to the team.
