Dimapur, November 8 (MExN): The Nagaland Transparency, Public Rights Advocacy & Direct Action Organisation (People’s Justice) on November 8 hailed the state government’s decision of recalling the IAS Non-NCS Panel List for the 2024 Select List.
‘The NTPRADAO (PJ) hails and appreciate the State government for finally taking a concrete cabinet decision in recalling the list of IAS inductees and ordering a review of the entire process,’ stated a press release received here.
The organisation extended gratitude to Hayithung Bill Lotha, former Lok Sabha MP Candidate, for extending his support to the JCC movement through his unique intellectual ideas, deep analysis and right moral direction.
It stated that minds change when atmosphere and climate changes with a looming noose around the neck of the state government with a mass movement of epic proportions.
‘The mass uprising would have been compelled in tune with the overwhelming majority of the public mood and their collective wishes,’ it stated.
The organisation also appreciated organizations like the Central Nagaland Tribes Council (CNTC), Dimapur Naga Student’s Union (DNSU) and NSF for coming out in lending support.
However, lamenting that the support of the NSF was a delayed response, it asked the civil society organisations (CSOs) to be alert and pledge their support from the beginning and to be consistent at all stages as the support from the CSOs mattered a lot.
