NU Professor appointed as foreign expert in China

DIMAPUR, DECEMBER 16 (MExN): Prof. Ambrish Singh, a distinguished academic from the Department of Chemistry at Nagaland University, has been selected as a "Foreign Expert" through an international recruitment project of the Chinese government. He will join the University of Science and Technology, Beijing (USTB), in 2025 to work on advanced research in corrosion inhibitors for the oil and petroleum industries.

This appointment underscores Prof. Singh's exceptional contributions to materials science and highlights the caliber of talent within Nagaland University. The recruitment project will provide full support, including travel, accommodation, living expenses, and expert fees, further reflecting the commitment to fostering global academic exchanges.
