Nagaland University cultural contingent during the 37th Unifest, ‘Karmotsav 2.0’ North East Zone at Royal Global University, Guwahati.

Dimapur, February 14 (MExN): In a remarkable display of talent and cultural prowess, 25 students from the four campuses of Nagaland University (NU) participated in the 37th Unifest, ‘Karmotsav 2.0’ North East Zone at Royal Global University, Guwahati. The university’s team clinched several positions across diverse categories, showcasing the rich cultural heritage and artistic flair of its students, stated a press release from the university.
Dr Imlitoshi Jamir, from the School of Engineering and Technology (SET), served as the contingent in-charge, leading the NU team to success. The notable achievements include, 2nd Position in Western Group Song, 3rd Position in Folk Dance, 4th position in Cultural Procession, 5th Place in Western Solo and 5th Place in Poster Making.
Dean of Student Welfare, Prof Wangshimenla, expressed pride in the students' accomplishments and highlighted the dedication and hard work put in by the participants. She commended their commitment to upholding the cultural values and traditions of Nagaland University.
Vice-Chancellor Prof Jagadish Kumar Patnaik, Registrar Dr Abemo, and other university officials extended their heartfelt congratulations to the entire team for their outstanding performance.
