NU students go on study tour

Lumami, June 14 (MExN): The Department of Political Science, Nagaland University, Lumami went on a study tour from May 14 to 24. The study tour was undertaken in partial fulfillment of course no. 119 ‘Working of Parliamentary Democracy and Federal System of India’, where students have to visit different places as part of their curriculum.  

The Teacher-In-Charge for the tour was Neizhanuo Gonmei, Assistant Professor, Department of Political Science. The students visited the Parliament of India, where they were taken inside the Lok Sabha, Rajya Sabha and the Central Hall of the Parliament. The students also visited the Parliament Canteen and Parliament Museum, JNU, Red Fort, Indira Gandhi Museum, India Gate, Lotus Temple and Gurugram.
