Dimapur, August 4 (MExN): Nuklutoshi, Advisor to the Department of Food & Civil Supplies (F&CS) accompanied by Nikhashe, Secretary F&CS visited the Directorate of Food & Civil Supplies, Nagaland here and had an interactive session with the officers and staff on August 4.
Matters regarding the importance of linking/seeding Aadhaar number with the Ration Cards, its ongoing process, timeline given by GoI, streamlining and improvisation of PDS working system and other related issues were discussed, informed a press release from Asangla Imti, Director, F&CS.
Nuklutoshi encouraged the departmental officers to work as a team to achieve the objective of the National Food Security Act for the benefit of the beneficiaries and assured his co-operation in the effort to streamline and improvise the system in the department, according to the release.
