LONGLENG, FEBRUARY 13 (MExN): The National Vector Borne Disease Control Programme (NVBDCP) state team conducted monitoring and supervision activities in Longleng District at 13 Health Units including District Hospital Longleng from February 11-13. The state team was led by Dr Neisakho Kere, Joint Director and SPO (NVBDCP).
During the monitoring and supervision, the state team checked documentation and was followed by a meeting with the staffs of NVBCP at CMO conference hall, Longleng. The state team encouraged the district to strive towards achieving the Malaria Elimination Certification target.
The team also appreciated the efforts of the district and staffs of NVBDCP for maintaining Zero Malaria Case for the past 6 years – from 2019 till date.
