Firstly, she said time management is essential as it is a key factor for one’s personality formation. “How do you use your time?” she asked, adding to be successful in life one needs to use time wisely.
Secondly, the EAC spoke on the use of technology by the youth. She reiterated that technology should be used for beneficial purpose and not wasting of time, energy and money. Lastly, she dwelt on the modern trend of spirituality. Morality, Rosy Sangtam stated, is an important factor in the lives of youth. “Give quiet time to yourself and always ask your conscience. Does your conscious mind permit you to do this or that?” she told the youth. “What is the use of taking bad choices when you have good choices in front of you?”

Despite the limited staff posted we are able to achieve the set target each year, she acknowledged. Stating that NYKs work for nation building activities, she called upon the youth to be responsible citizens of the nation. The State Director also noted NYK stands for youth empowerment and urged the youth to be effective stakeholders in discharging the responsibilities to build a better nation.
