DIMAPUR, JULY 2 (MExN): The Deputy Commissioner, Dimapur has convened a meeting of all elected members of East Dimapur Town Council and Dimapur Municipal Council on July 4 & 5 respectively at the conference hall of the DC to administer ‘Oath of Affirmation’ in accordance with Section 60 A of the Nagaland Municipal Act, 2023.
Informing this in a notification, the DC informed that after the oath taking, the election of Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson as per Section 12 (3) and 23 of the NMA, 2003 would be conducted.
