Longleng, February 13 (DIPR): General Observer and Police Observer for 49 A/C and 50 A/C under Longleng district, Dr. Raghav Langer (IAS) and Jalindar. D. Supekar (IPS) respectively held a meeting with all political parties of Longleng on February 12 at the office chamber of the DC & DEO, Longleng.
Both the observers briefed the political parties about the different aspects of electioneering process and do’s and don’ts of model code of conduct (MCC) of the ECI for free, fair and peaceful elections in the state. The political parties also raised their doubts which the observers clarified.
The General Observer also debriefed all the team and committee members under the expenditure monitoring cell, the sector magistrate and nodal officers of Longleng district on February 9 at DC’s conference hall.
