Dimapur, January 4 (MExN): In view of the proposed construction of RCC T Beam Bridge over Dhansiri River (Old Dhansiri Bridge), the existing Old Dhansiri Bridge will be closed for the construction of the new bridge with effect from January 9, 2017.
The Deputy Commissioner of Dimapur, Kesonyu Yhome in an order has requested all the public/citizens residing in the vicinity to co-operate in the developmental activities. Meanwhile, the DC informed all departments concerned like PHE, Electrical, Airtel, Aircel, BSNL and all cable operators to remove all their materials from the site within 15 days from the issue of this order to pave way for smooth execution of the construction work.
The DC informed that M/s Aien Meren Enterprises vide their letter dated 15/12/16 had stated the construction of the RCC T Beam Bridge on the location of the existing Old Dhansiri Bridge.
He further permitted M/s Aien Meren Enterprises located at NST colony, Dimapur to start the works on the expiry of the above stipulated date.
