Kohima, January 12 (MExN): The new team of office bearers of the Old Ministers Hill (OMH) Panchayat under Ward No.14 held its first meeting on January 11.
During the meeting, the house expressed its gratitude to Administrator and officials of Kohima Municipal Council for awarding the Old Ministers Hill Ward 14 the first position in the 6th KMC Inter-Ward Competition 2015 on cleanliness, beautification and nativity.
The Panchayat further extended its gratitude to its former Chairman, Temjemwati Jamir and Chairman of Potterlane Panchayat, Rokohol Kechü and teams including the sanitation team of Ward 14 for their tireless works and efforts in enabling the Ward to achieve the top position.
Further thanking the residents of both the colonies under the Ward, the Chairman of OMH Zhasalie Soliezuo and Secretary, Nothuedu Sophie also solicited their continued support and cooperation to keep the Ward in clean and better atmosphere.
