One man was found shot dead in Dimapur on January 31. According to the police, the body of the deceased, identified as Mughaho Sema of Pimla village in Dimapur, was discovered at Toluvi village in the wee hours Sunday. He was reportedly a cadre of the NSCN (R), police informed.
