Dimapur, September 26 (MExN): Opang Jamir has unveiled his latest single, “Senti Naro (Precious Flower),” on September 25.
Best known as the frontman of the Nagaland-based band Avancer, Jamir continues to shape his individual sound with this new solo release, highlighting his ongoing artistic growth.
“Senti Naro (Precious Flower)” is a tribute to devotion and lifelong commitment, sung in the rich melodies of the Ao Naga language. Describing the beloved as a “precious flower” whose grace adorns the land, the song honours a soul whose presence brings pure light, goodness, and steady warmth into life.
With simple, grounded imagery of steep mountain paths, weary burdens, and a sheltering sanctuary, the song speaks directly to the reality of standing by someone through every season.
