Peren, October 26 (MExN): The outpatient department (OPD) and other Non-COVID essentials services have been re-activated in CHC Jalukie from October 26, a district health official informed.
Informing this, the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Peren, Dr Hatlhing Hangsing said that delivery point is designated at Samzuiram and Mhainamtsi Sub-Centre, while Aine Nursing Home Jalukie will continue catering of Indoor patients referred from Government Health Institute with the existing nominal rate as fixed by the Sub-Committee of Non-COVID Hospital in the District.
According to a DIPR report, with the increasing rate of COVID patients in the District, the CMO also requested the the public have been requested to strictly follow SOP provided by the government.
Among others, the CMO recommended using face mask in the public places, frequent hand washing, using hand sanitizer, and maintenance of social distancing and avoidance of unnecessary movement to prevent uncontrolled community transmission.
